If you need to skip a delivery, just fill out
the form below. If you can’t cook on the night you receive
the meal kit, remember that it lasts up to three days so you
can keep the meal kit for another night.
Get the form to us at least 3 working days
in advance and get a full credit refund of the meal and delivery
fee at the end of the month. Let us know by 6pm the day before
delivery and get 50% of the price of the meal kit credited
at the end of the month. We will total up the credit at the
end of the month and apply it to next month’s subscription.
