Our ready-to-grill BBQ kit makes summer entertaining a breeze. As always, using fresh organic ingredients from our local suppliers, everything is measured, chopped and completely prepped. All you need to do is make the lemonade and get the fire started!

We launch our Cook! BBQ kits when BBQ season kicks off on Memorial Day Weekend (May 24). Order by end of day on Tuesday and we'll delivery your fresh kit that Friday. Find out more about delivery locations and prices.
(PS: The Cook! BBQ kit is packed in a sturdy environmentally-friendly Styrofoam box with ice packs to ensure that everything stays fresh and cool.)

Tuscan Marinated Chicken Legs
We marinate six organic Fulton Valley chicken legs with fresh garlic, rosemary, thyme, lemon juice, and extra virgin olive oil. Just drop them on the grill and enjoy!

Salmon with Dill Mustard Sauce
Six lightly marinated 4oz salmon filets are quickly grilled and served with our freshly prepared dill mustard sauce.

Vegetable Kebabs with Halloumi Cheese
Halloumi, a Cypriot cheese, is a BBQ favorite. It does not melt when grilled but develops a delicious, crunchy crust. We marinate the cheese, zucchini, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes and red onions and string them on skewers for easy grilling.

Organic Salad with Cherry Tomatoes
Fresh organic spring mix with cherry tomatoes, jicama, cucumbers, red onions, toasted walnuts, crumbled feta and home-made vinaigrette dressing. Just toss and serve.

Summer Couscous Salad
A delicious couscous salad, flavored with Mediterranean spices, raisins, red peppers, onions, zucchini and more for a refreshing bite. Spoon into a large bowl and serve at room temperature.
